Business trip to India

I am on a business trip to Hyderabad, India, with Info.nl colleagues.

My first trip to India so it is quite an adventure!







Some highlights so far:

• The food. Not only is it excellent. There is also a lot of it. We get taken out to lunch and dinner by our Indian guests almost every day and the food is brilliant every time. I also taste something new every day. I never knew the Indian cuisine was so big. And all vegetarian of course. Hurrah.
• The people. Even though they can take up quite a lot of attention ;-) the people are very good natured and are looking after us extremely well.
  
• The traffic. Incredibly busy at times and a nightmare to cross the streets. I am deeply impressed by people driving their cars here, avoiding motors, pedestrians, horses, etc. Especially at night it can become quite scary.
• The attractions we saw such as: the Charminar, Golconda fortress and the Birla Mandir temple.
  
• Telugu movies. Singing and dancing Telugu style. Yeah! Tollywood here we come.
